We are happy to announce we will be open from 21st May. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. From 10am till 4pm. Last admission 3.30pm.

The fire museum will close from the 9th December for winter and will re open on the 9th March 2019. We would like to wish all our visitors and guides a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing you all in 2019.

Woodlands Garden Centre has now opened a coffee shop next door to the museum and will remain so during the summer months Friday to Sunday from 11am till 4pm. The cafe will be serving tea, coffee, fresh rolls, panini, cakes, ice creams and lots more so you can visit the museum and have a picnic…

On Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th June we have a World War 2 weekend. We will have re-enactors, a 1940’s fire station watch room and wartime fire engines.
